Every company has a signature item, for Camden Rose it is the Cherry Rattle. The rattle is sculpted in response to nature and organic forms that blend harmoniously with a soothing sound. The tactile experience of the moving bead and organic textures encourage the development of the senses. Each rattle has a specific shape which is found within that particular piece of wood. As Michelangelo said, "the shape is in the marble I only remove what doesn't belong."

Our rattle is crafted from cherry with a contrasting birch dowel. After the rattles are sanded baby smooth, beeswax is hand applied to bring out the uniqueness of the grain.

    Great Rattle

    Excellent. Item arrived on time. Item as described. Very satisfied with customer service. Daughter loves the rattle. Sometimes she shakes it with a little too much excitement and hits herself with it (it is hard) but it isn't a big problem. I'm just glad she likes a natural toy she can put in her mouth.

    Her Favorite Toy!

    This rattle is great! My daughter loves it. The sound it makes is nice too... a good wooden pop sound as opposed to the loud annoying sound in most rattles. Also, one can see where the sound is coming from! In an enclosed rattle there is not the opportunity to observe cause and effect like with this one. She slides the wood bead slowly and then quickly to see when the sound happens.
