Tax Information
We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax for items shipped within Michigan.
Checking the Status of Your Order
If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 866-725-7122 If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.
How to Return Merchandise
When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:
1. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging, if possible.
2. Please include a note with your name, address, phone number (in case we have questions), order number (if you have it), and the reason for the return on a sheet of paper. Be sure to indicate whether you want an exchange, replacement, or refund.
3. If you choose to exchange the item for an item of greater value, any difference in price, plus nominal postage, will be charged to your credit card. If you choose an item of lesser value you will be refunded the difference.

Within 2-4 weeks, we will send you a refund check or credit your charge card (less any applicable shipping charges) depending on your original method of payment. We only refund shipping charges if we made an error with your order.
