What happens after I place an order?

After you complete the checkout process, a "Thank You" page will appear which will display your online order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been placed successfully. We will send a copy of this online order receipt via email within one hour.

After your order has been processed at Palumba, we will send you a second email if there are any questions or problems with your order.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?

You should receive a copy of your online order confirmation via email within 30 minutes of placing your order. However, if you do not receive this email order confirmation, please contact us to ensure that your order was received and is being processed.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days from receipt of payment. If additional shipping time is needed, it will be noted on the product description page.

How long before I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from Ann Arbor, Michigan via FedEx Ground Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. We have found that FedEx offers the best service and rates for our customers. Shipping times range from 5 to 10 business days depending upon distance from Michigan. Very lightweight items will be shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-4 days.

Can I change the delivery address?

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. Our website is securely encrypted, so your payment information is always protected. Furthermore, we do not store credit cad information on our site or in any data bank. While some believe that it is a hassle to have to enter your credit card information each time you place an order with us, we feel it is an added security feature to ensure safe transmission of your financial information.

We also have the ability to accept Paypal payments that do not require you to register providing you with hassle free secure transactions. If you wish to pay by Paypal please call us at 866-725-7122 so that we may provide you with a Paypal payment request.

Why is My Cart empty?

You may have accidentally changed the quantity for the item you wish to order. Click on the My Cart tab on the left side of the screen. Find the item and enter the correct quantity and click return. This should add the selected products to your cart.

If your product is still not showing up in your basket, your browser may not be set to accept "cookies". Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping basket. We do not include personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You may change your browser option to accept cookies in the preference menu selection for your browser.

What is your return policy?

You may return most items sold by Palumba within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us for a return authorization number. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if the item's packaging is not in original condition.

If you received free shipping for your order, you will be refunded the product amount less shipping charges.

What are the advantages of registering with My Palumba?

If a product says "Out of Stock" when will you get more?

tems that are currently unavailable for shipment are referred to as "Out of Stock". We have an option for those registered with My Palumba that will gladly notify you via email when the item becomes available.

Please remember that our items are handmade by artisans all over the world. Because of this fact some items take longer to create than others. As a good rule of thumb please allow 3 weeks for an item to return to stock levels, however most of the time you will be pleasantly surprised at the time frame.

Will you ship outside the Continental United States?

Yes, Palumba can ship most items throughout the United States as well as many international locations. International orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are also shipped using the U.S. Postal Service to save you money. There are a few items we are not able to ship beyond the Continental United States. These items will be noted on the website. Please call us at 866-725-7122 to discuss international shipping fees.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, yes and, most defiantly, YES! We are able to accept custom orders and pass them through to the designers at Palumba. Generally, Palumba works with large quantities, however because of our relationship we are able to offer this amazing service. We cannot promise that a customer order can be made, but we sure do have the right people to review your idea.

If you have a new idea or an old idea with a revitalized touch contact us and we will see if we can make it happen together. As a bonus, if you send us an idea that we use we will discount your purchase price and even give you the opportunity of naming the product. May I pick up my order?

Yes, we encourage you to come by and save on shipping fees. If you are in the Ann Arbor area you may pick up your order at our warehouse. Be prepared, we love to chat so plan to stay a few minutes. Also, we have a showroom that doubles as a playroom if you wish to bring the kids.
